From JOCK SHOTS magazine (Undated but published in the early to mid 80's) This looks like a Nova Films photo shoot to me, but I could be wrong.
UPDATE (01-09-2022) THANKS to BJ who kindly took the time out to let US know he had a name for this model MATT LUCAS and he is credited for one gay porn loop in 1978 by Mustang Studios a division of Falcon Studios , so my guess of being a Nova Films photo shoot was indeed wrong! THANKS BJ!!!!
