The text here mentions Larry had posed for Saxon Studio in the past, but no mention of who this photographer is for these photos.
I think you misunderstood the captioning. These photos are also by Troy Saxon. He is just saying that Larry Oz improved himself so greatly that he is like a New Model. The big clue is his use of "the Saxon camera". A different Studio would not have been so informal and would have said the full name. That is Troy Saxon talking about his own Studio and how much Oz had improved himself since his first time before the "Saxon Camera".
