BOBBY KROPP (Mel Roberts Model)

Robert W. Kropp was born in Fresno, California, in 1957. He had a twin brother.  Bobby served in the U.S. Marines, and in 1978, just out of the marines, he did a number of photo shoots with Mel Roberts and also with Bob Mizer, of the Athletic Model Guild.  According to the Bob Mizer Foundation, over 400 photos were taken over a couple of months.

He also did a filmed portion of one of the shoots, and reportedly did a solo film which appeared in a compilation.  Around 1980, he did one gay film "The Delivery Boy" with Chris Dean, and another with Nova Video titled "His Little Brother" (1982). Kropp appears as "Les Harmon."  His (supposed) little brother was billed as "Terry Harmon."

Kropp left the industry soon afterwards.  He passed away in Nebraska in July 2015, aged 58, leaving behind a son, a daughter, his twin brother, and two sisters.
