John Rocklin. Another very picturesque model, who was also a very problematic porn star. In addition to a couple of j/o films, he was in only two action films: Big Guns, for Catalina, and Giant Splash Shots for Falcon. In an interview in Manshots, February 1991, William Higgins had nothing good to say about Rocklin. Rocklin was probably not gay, but was only in it for the money (about the opposite of Kevin Williams). In his scene in Big Guns, Jeff Quinn (a fellow sailor) attempts to seduce Rocklin. Rocklin declines to suck Quinn's dick, but offers up his ass for Quinn to fuck, and Quinn takes him up on the offer.
I understand that Rocklin and others of his ilk find it easier to get fucked onscreen (less performance problems)--being totally passive. So Rocklin's co-stars could plow his ass but not kiss his mouth. The armpit-licking in Rocklin's scene with Quinn was of necessity: Rocklin wouldn't kiss Quinn, but would lick his pits. I guess director John Travis was running out of ideas for some interaction between Rocklin and Quinn, and did not wish to be left with only one option: for Quinn to come in for a landing on Rocklin, similar to a naval jet landing on a carrier.
