Harold Harris Gates, Jr. aka Jeff York (December 15, 1957 - October 26 1991) was a gay adult film actor who died of AIDS in Florida. He was 33 years old.
Gates was also a model for Colt Studio, and he also appeared in lots of gay-oriented ads of the time for phone lines, for men's clothing companies like All American Boy. He regularly competed in “hot guy” competitions including California's Supermen pageant.
He certainly was a "hot guy" in my opinion and tragically died far too early
